It’s been a while since the release of 2.04 and it’s without doubt time for an update. We are, together with Vita Nova, glad to give you Promod LIVE 2.10!
Except a list of fixes and tweaks we have reworked and added a few functions in Promod. You can for example see improved Promod modes with a added kniferound function and a opportunity to mix them to your needs. The ability to killspec have also been integrated, together with an updated Strat mode and a improved Shoutcaster function. Plus alot more…
We have set up our public server for you to try out Promod LIVE 2.10 and the new map candidates Dahman, Portside and Cluster. Go have have a check!

I just tested this new promod. It is great espacialy strat mode, knife rounds and shoutcaster . I have a question, I have set up the scorebot but I can’t find a software/website/script to use to get the live results visibles by clients. I tried this http://www.dailygamers.eu/blog/64/dg|live-for-promod-live-v2-/ but it seams irc and the webbot are down. If anyone has an other software to use it would be great as the scorebot is a really nice feature.
The function in Promod still exists, we just need a software or platform that presents the parsed info. Something that never been in our intentions to release ourself.. But who knows, we are looking at a new solution there.

I have one simple question that I’ve been unable to resolve in trillions of Google searchs.
I want:
- Using my own skins (my_clan.iwd)
- PB off
- Not showing “SERVER VIOLATION #XXXX: PUNKBUSTER DISABLED”
- promod_mode “custom_public”
Is this possible? (or should I go nuts)
Or said in another way… is it possible to play any of the Promod Modes (match, knowkout, mr#, lan, hc, knife, 1v1/2v2) using/modifiyng the rules on “z_custom_ruleset.iwd”?
(Note: I’ve read the readme.txt and the only question I’ve found related is “Q: Can the rulesets be customized to fit my needs?”, but I can’t get if the point it’s about my problem).

Or in still another way… is there any chance to make this possible?:
promod_mode “custom_public_pb”
(probably I’m not expert enough to guess it, but, I really don’t see the point why _pb can be used with competition modes but not with custom_public)
